Reservation and Cancellation Policy
PEI Vacation Packs requires a 25% deposit on the total package to confirm a reservation.
The balance of the package will be due 14 days prior to arrival. Unless otherwise notified the original credit card on the package will be automatically charged for the remaining 75%. Group leaders will be responsible for any remaining balance owing on the package after arrival.
Acceptable payment options include: Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee of $10 per adult will be charged by PEI Vacation Packs for all customer cancellations made after receipt of deposit. A fee of $25 per adult will be charged by PEI Vacation Packs for all customer cancellations made after receipt of final payment. Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellations will be at the customer’s expense.
Refunds: For cancellations prior to departure, PEI Vacation Packs will remit a refund within 30 days less the following:
- Any supplier charges for changes or cancellation.
- Administrative charge by PEI Vacation Packs for processing the change or cancellation.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
If COVID-19 prevents you from travelling at any point, PEI Vacation Packs would be able to issue a full refund. However, PEI Vacation Packs is asking guests, when possible, to be mindful when cancelling due to COVID-19 and provide at least 72 hours notice if you are canceling due to travel restrictions. If you're cancelling for any other reason within the 7-day time frame, you would receive 75% of your payment back.
Damage to Property
You are responsible for any damage to the accommodation during your stay. Under no circumstance will PEI Vacation Packs be liable for any damages to the accommodation.
